All Workforce Communications syndicated TV commercials are sold on an exclusive use basis for the life of the commercial in the respective television broadcast market. Broadcast rights for additional markets must be negotiated and purchased prior to use.

The exclusive use guarantee does not extend to cable channels carrying broadcast TV stations from outside the purchasing college's broadcast market.
